We provide civil works for councils and commercial clients, subdivision infrastructure, amenities upgrades, underground services, extensions, and residential builds, including two-storey coastal homes. Our projects are delivered with coordinated building, civil, and plumbing works with integrated electrical capability.

Our history and growth
Adams and Co Constructions began as a plumbing business, with Craig Adams working as a self-employed plumber and builder from 1989. As client needs evolved, the business expanded beyond plumbing and was formally established in its current structure in 2004, developing in-house capability across civil works and building construction.
Over more than three decades, the business has grown into a family-operated company, with its three sons involved in plumbing, civil works, building, and electrical services. This hands-on structure has supported a more traditional approach to construction, where core trades are delivered by the team, supported by company-owned plant and equipment.
The business has also played a strong role in industry training, with more than 10 apprentices trained since the early 1990s, several of whom now operate successful businesses of their own. Experience gained across residential homes, commercial upgrades, public infrastructure, community facilities, and projects in regional and remote locations continues to shape how Adams and Co Constructions approaches planning, coordination and delivery today.

Dayle
Project manager and estimator with responsibility for contracts, plumbing and civil works. Oversees plumbing operations and civil plumbing delivery and manages project planning and coordination.
Brae
Civil manager and site supervisor with operational responsibility for civil works. Involved in site supervision, plant operation and civil plumbing, supporting safe and organised delivery on active sites.
Khai
Responsible for electrical services, delivering domestic and commercial electrical works including power mains and small subdivision electrical requirements. Supports integrated service delivery across construction projects.
Debbie
Office manager responsible for tenders, contracts and administration. Manages documentation, accounting and administrative processes supporting procurement, compliance and project delivery.
